Southern Poverty Law Center is taking to court Signal International LLC, a company which brought workers from India to work in shipbuilding in Mississippi and Texas. To come on a temporary workers' visa, the men had to put up large sums of money. When they arrived, there was no decent place to live nor chance to get permanent visas.
