It is not going to be our gutless, whore Congress that ends the war in Iraq, nor the military that is waist-deep in blood and gore and spinning around in circles. It will be the collapsing economy with millions of Americans in dire straits wondering why the government is pissing away billions in Iraq while America itself collapses. The myths and fantasies that have sustained the war are coming to an end.
