Generally, it's bad practice to make sweeping generalizations because life on Earth is our only example of life anywhere. To presume just because of what we know on Earth""and Earth is teeny, and no matter where you look on Earth, no matter under what rock you turn, there's life there""to presume that such fertile circumstances exist elsewhere in the universe may be a little strong until you realize how big the universe is. |
