After Libby trial, WashPost editorialized that Wilson "will be remembered as a blowhard" and the Post gave Victoria Toensing, who helped to write the 1982 law protecting CIA undercover operatives, a pass. During the trial she misinformed the jury on the wording of the law, saying Plame was not covert. Plame's book "Fair Game" makes that decisive. Apologies in order is the message here. |
