Yesterday, Bush's signature move of obfuscation was on full display - if you were paying attention. Amid the robust announcement of Michael Mukasey, as Bush's new Attorney General Appointee, nearly undetected was this subdued statement: "Outgoing Justice Department official Peter Keisler would serve as the acting attorney general until Mukasey is confirmed."
