|The receipt would match the voter's intent and so would the electronic record stored in the machine. So the HR 811 audit would find nothing wrong. This kind of more sophisticated rig would require an additional layer of auditing,in which the sum of the stored machine totals was reconciled with the central tabulation. not easy to do accurately,certainly not without the enthusiastic cooperation of election officials...unlikely.
