|A finance industry trade group has sued Connecticut over an imminent deadline to force state contractors to disclose the identities of spouses and children of executives and managers.
The law was passed a year ago and spearheaded by Christopher Caruso, a state representative from Bridgeport who is co-chairman of the Legislature's Government Administration and Elections Committee. Lawmakers intended the campaign finance act.
