Language of Foley report might also apply to Baptist leaders

Much of the language in the Foley report could apply to Baptist leaders who have failed to protect teens against clergy child molesters: "Willfully ignorant...unwillingness to take responsibility...danger...to the integrity of the institution." At least there is an institutional investigatory process for political leaders. Why aren't religious leaders held to the same level of accountability?
