New Hampshire, with our traditions and laws in support of election integrity, already provides our fellow Americans throughout the nation with 'a vision of what could be'. But our State Constitution promised much more than that. It promised open and free elections. It promised the safeguarding of our citizens from the tyranny that comes of secret vote counting.

It is our duty and responsibility to keep that promise.
