Chavez aims to boost and develop oil , natural gas, petrochemical plants with Russia

"Russia has new technologies and enormous experience in extracting and transporting gas, so that we invite its main companies to participate in the construction of the largest gas pipeline of the world, which will cross South America," said Chavez. Venezuela is also ready to deepen cooperation with Russian companies in prospecting and extracting natural gas, oil and the construction of petrochemical plants.
