| Brian Downing does what other military analysts do not. He considers the plight of the real victims of the Korean histrionics - the people of North Korea. Everybody makes out in this crisis except the people. The U.S. military budget will soar, the Russians and Chinese will get their fair share and the North Korean zealots will become legends in their own minds. Time to put people first. |
