On Friday (April 7), lawyers for the New Hampshire Democratic Party filed a memorandum and affidavit claiming the 100+ calls to the White House Office of Political Affairs in the weeks preceding and following the 2002 election warrant further discovery. The memorandum in opposition of the Republican's motion to dismiss includes an affidavit and 2 exhibits which detail investigative research by the Senate Majority Project.
