| A Defense Department review of surveillance tapes at the Hotel Caribe in Cartagena, Colombia, has determined that more than five military personnel might have been involved in personal misconduct last week ahead of President Obama's visit to the city. "We are embarrassed," Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters in the Defense Department's weekly briefing Monday. "We let the boss down because nobody is talking about what went down in Colombia other than this incident." |
