Montreal police deployed a bizarre tactic against Occupy Montreal demonstrators last week -- branding. Following the arrests of several protesters on Friday, police "marked some with an ink that could only be seen under a UV light." Canadian news station CTV confirmed with police that the branding is occurring, with police officials saying it's one tactic they are using to identify demonstrators to prevent their return.
