| British broadcaster Sky News is reporting that former News International Chief Executive Rebekah Brooks has been arrested.
According to the Associated Press, British police arrested a 43-year-old woman Sunday in the investigation of phone hacking charges by the defunct tabloid, News of the World. Police said the woman was arrested at a London police station at noon on Sunday by appointment. She is being questioned on suspicion of conspiring to intercept communications and suspicion of corruption. |
