| ||Halliburton suffered a setback on Monday when the US Supreme Court made it easier for shareholders to proceed with some class-action securities-fraud lawsuits against publicly traded companies. 'Halliburton has not accrued any amounts related to this matter because it does not believe that a loss is probable. Further, an estimate of possible loss or range of loss related to this matter cannot be made,' it said in a statement.
