From a 2009 speech by British ex-ambassador to Uzbekistan, Craig Murray, we learned more on how the US and UK have been magnifying the size and reach of al-Qaeda through the use of torture in places like Stalinist-reminiscent Uzbekistan, torture used to extract false confessions to then be rolled out as "proof" of the immense threat of al-Qaeda. Just how many thousands of Uzbeks and citizens renditioned from other countries have been tortured in the name of the specious "War on Terror", "Full Spectrum Dominance" by any other name.
