How come nobody is talking about the Biloxi Dome? After all, NOAA released an underwater study, the Joint Analysis Group Review, in late July examining subsurface oil in and around BP Deepwater Horizon Well #1 from May 19 to June 19, 2010.

Their conclusion: Fluorometry measurements showed the presence of oil at a depth between 1000 and 1300 meters, with 7 major oil seeps mapped at about 12 Kilometers SW of BP Well #1.
