In fact, more US citizens were killed by police in the first six months of 2016 than all of the people ever killed in the US by terror attacks from 1970 - 2010.
This should be an individual story in itself. But this particular article is primarily about how disproportionate the risk to human life are a multitude of causes that far, far exceed that of domestic terrorism.
