Vladimir Putin's speeches are not covered in the MSM, much less are high-level meetings with foreign leaders - or even discussion groups involving foreign political and academic figures. Ceaselessly bombarded by accusaitons of Russian agression (with no supporting documentation), even open-minded Americans probably assume there's no smoke without a fire. That's why it's important for OEN to provide access to documents like this one, in which Russia's worldview is clearly and unequivocally spelled out. Compared to just about any news article or oped on the US's worldview, the difference is nothing short of stunning.
