This is "old news" from last week...

So the only guys getting rich on these "bets" are the bookies and CEOs banksters. They are throwing money at shale oil "boom" industry that is a quarter TRILLION $$$ in the hole. 

Guess who will bail out those companies, after they have polluted every bit of drinking water for this and future generations and go belly-up.

There's no word that even comes close to describing the despicability of these hedge fund vulture capitalist greedsters (no offense to vultures, who eat the dead and I wish vultures would eat the dead souls of Wall Street, but even carrion-eaters would find them inedible.)
