President Donald Trump responded early Friday after North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un said the United States would "pay dearly" for new sanctions on his country and called Trump a "dotard." Trump tweeted, "Kim Jong Un of North Korea, who is obviously a madman who doesn't mind starving or killing his people, will be tested like never before!" North Korea Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho, who is in New York for the UN General Assembly, said that North Korea could detonate a hydrogen bomb over the Pacific Ocean, but said, "We have no idea about what actions could be taken as it will be ordered by leader Kim Jong Un."
