Trump had published a contract with America on his first 100 days. Newt Gingrich is one of his advisors so various methods used will be similar to what Gingrich did in the 1990s.
Few probably paid attention when he was just a candidate. It's worth reading now. It promises grand and radical changes in almost every major area of American life. Some, progressives can appreciate, such as repatriating the trillions stored in offshore accounts, though doing so by reducing the tax rate to 10% for such funds is probably not what progressives had in mind (there are other ways). And Trump promises mass incarcerations, bloating our already record-setting prison population.
