Trump's infrastructure plan (or, more likely, his handlers' plan) would be light on federal dollars and heavy on incentives for state and local spending-- and probably, most of the money would go to red states.
It looks like the plan will reduce environmental regulations and put most of the weight on communities that raise their own money-- meaning the program will go to wealthier communities or ones that raise taxes on locals. That means more extractive exploitation of the ninety-nine percent.
It's realistic to predict that just about anything Trump touches will hurt the middle class and democracy.
