Steve Wynn, the Finance Chair of the RNC and a man President Trump described as a great friend, has been accused by dozens of people of sexual misconduct, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday. Wynn denied the accusations, “The idea that I ever assaulted any woman is preposterous.” Sexual misconduct is rampant on both sides of the aisle. The difference can be seen in the recent response and reaction to the accusations. Democrats have forced successful, beloved members to step down like Senator Al Franken, while Republicans elevated Donald Trump to the presidency in spite of his being caught on tape bragging about sexual assault and being accused by at least 19 women.
