It is impossible to do both so watch for the lies: Trump wants to limit the federal role and return control to states and districts. Or he might make available billions for school choice (like Obama's Race to the Top) while slashing Title 1 and other programs.At the same time, he wants to impose school choice on states and districts. He might even make federal aid conditional on states and districts accepting vouchers and charters. Either states and local districts determine the bulk of their school policies or not.

Liar ,liar pants on Fire,. His only plan is to end public education.
