Testifying before the Senate, Central Command General Lloyd Austin says that the Obama plan to train "well-vetted moderates" in Syria has only resulted in four or five actual fighters.
He says they got "terrific training" with the $500 Million spent on the program and asked the Senators for another $600 Million.
You can't make this stuff up.
