Federal government adds $333 million to $3 billion already spent to expand the failed charter industry. The No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) provided a variety of weapons to discredit and punish the public system.The feds have appropriated $3 billion to promote the charterization of the public system; in spite of the corruption and racketeering in the charter industry and its dubious performance, the feds have put an additional $333 million in Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) for 2016 to further expand the industry."
