Wisconsin became the 28th state in the Union to approve dismantling our democracy altogether by voting to have a Constitutional convention to amend the Constitution for the purpose of shrinking the government and abolishing Medicare and Social Security. I guess Ryan plans to retire after accomplishing that. Imagine all those tent cities and exploding ERs. . . . 2/3 of the states must ratify--that's 34--according to Article V of the Constitution.
