President Obama issues directive consolidating changes to Cuba policy

Cuba says there is little new, that the blockade ("embargo") is still there in full, and although the aim of the directive is to consolidate the changes beyond his - Obama's - Presidency, the real possibilities of it remain questionable. The content of the directive refers mostly to business - and mostly to American business, with exception of Cuban pharmaceutical products the import of which to the US is now being authorized. But the 12 groups which American citizens must qualify for to visit the island - for example - remain. Again, "positive, but insufficient".
