Pentagon paid a UK PR firm to create propaganda and fake news.
It is illegal, under US law(s), for the government to create and use propaganda against its own citizens. This is why they hired a foreign firm to do it.
Worst part is that many USA citizens don't believe that their government is capable of lying or hurting their own people.
