North Korea has released a provocative new video depicting a nuclear attack on Washington, D.C. “If the American imperialists provoke us a bit, we will not hesitate to slap them with a pre-emptive nuclear strike,” the Korean subtitles read, according to a translation in The New York Times. “The United States must choose!
