New Mexico Attorney General Balderas sues Monsanto, the company that made now-banned PCBs

This has been an ongoing battle on the West Coast; because of slavish obedience to large corporations, to federally funded weapons and the incumbent attached mentality, NM has been silent far too long! There are  8 West Coast cities with similar lawsuits; that is just to clean up the mess, nothing punitive or exemplary. Please see my prior OpEdNews article:
