10 dead are confirmed in Cuba. The page shows pictures with flooded streets, destruction, and people beginning recovery works. Many are still in blackout in Havana and other parts of the island, roads and power stations suffered damages. Raul Castro calls to to recover with combative spirit. International community expresses solidarity.
