As Russia, the US and Turkey clash over efforts to take down the Islamic State, here is a startling report on its Jewish equivalent. It turns out that the Muslim Prophet Mohammed was not the only one to demand that followers of other religions adhere to his laws, handed down by God. The philosopher Maimonides would have had similar demands.
