We have received a message from France that indicate there is a possibility that NATO will invoke section 5 and join in on the fight against ISIS. It is nothing more than speculation at this point, however, President Hollande has just declared that what took place was an act of war. This, in turn, means that the entire NATO alliance could be called in to respond to this (under Article 5).
