The gunman who opened fire at a Naval facility in Tennessee on Thursday morning, killing four Marines, has been identified as Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, according to a U.S. law enforcement official. Authorities say they are investigating the shooting as a possible terror attack. Before he was killed Thursday afternoon, the gunman also wounded another service member and a Chattanooga police officer, according to military officials. “While we expect our sailors and Marines to go into harm’s way, and they do so without hesitation, an attack at home, in our community, is insidious and unfathomable,” Ray Mabus, secretary of the Navy, said.
