Dutch activists have renamed 13 streets and major roadways in the Netherlands after Palestinian teenager Ahed Tamimi, according to the Middle East Monitor. Tamimi was sentenced to eight months in prison for slapping and kicking two Israeli soldiers in her village in the West Bank. Activists have reportedly renamed streets and roadways in The Hague, Rotterdam, Groningen, Leeuwarden, Grijpskerk, Assen, Leiden, Heemstede, Tilburg, Vlaardingen, Maarssen and Nijmegen, as well as Amsterdam. One of the streets leads to the Israeli Embassy in Amsterdam.
