Disgraced Peru President Kuczynski Resigns After Vote-Buying Scandal

There goes one of Trump's friends. PPK survived an impeachment motion last December after making a deal with the party run by Fujimori's kids: they voted to keep him in power while he signed Presidential Pardon to Alberto Fujimori, Psdt and dictator of Peru back in the 90s, condemned for Crimes Against Humanity. PPK had promised not to do that during his campaign. But then more paychecks and contracts kept being poured into the media until finally it came to the recordings of meetings of vote-buying in the Peruvian Congress released yesterday. Kuczynski becomes first active Psdt to fall as result of the Odebrecht scandal.
