This video from TRNN is a warning by Col. Larry Wilkerson that electronic voting, either with paperless voting machines or by use of electronic scanners to process paper ballots and count them, provides an opportunity for a single crooked programmer working in the county elections department to throw the countywide election results in real time as votes are tabulated using undetectable software inserted into the processing equipment. The fraud leaves no fingerprints or other forensic evidence. This is called wholesale voting fraud. With the old-fashioned paper ballot and hand counting method only retail fraud is possible. That method required a team for each ballot box in the county to do the same fraud damage.
