Colombia Votes "No" on Peace Accord, Country's Future Uncertain

Victims voted "YES" to Peace Accord. The campaign for "No" was headed by the criminal ex-President and now Senator Alvaro Uribe Velez who, nevertheless, being Psdt signed a peace deal with the right-wing paramailitary who never got disarmed (the last attack on a village in much-suffered Choco Dpt took place just a few days ago). Although the plebiscite was NON-binding, the amnisty agreement was built on it, as the aarticle explains. Psdt Santos, however, affirmed his commitment to cease-fire and further negotiations.
