Russia began trial production of the next-generation mobile air defence system earlier this year, and plans to start mass production of the system in the second half of next year.
Can one imagine a no-fly zone imposed by the Russians for Syria? Followed by an invitation from Lebanon to deploy at least the S300 or 400?
And the pesky Chinese with their strategic alliance with Russia will before long be able to control not only the South China Sea but the skies as well.
