Kathleen Carroll's 6 year litigation and victory offers insight to the enormous corruption that has emptied the schools in LA of tens of thousands of teachers, Carroll was a whistleblower against CTC nepotism and endemic corruption, and her experience has all the same elements of targeted LAUSD teacher Rafe Esquith's case under similar circumstance. Worth noting is the fact that not only has Carroll been awarded $2.8 million in damages, she has also been awarded over $200,000 in punitive damages that should personally come from the CTC administrators that went after her and then had the temerity to get on the witness stand and admit to what they did under oath. Now that these folks have some skin in the game is somebody now more likely to spill the beans and tell who orchestrated it?"
