... And the almost unbelievable hypocrisy of the Government of the Republic of Ireland (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial), the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britton and Northern Ireland, and, the Government of the European Union regarding GENUINE respect -- in practical terms -- for the crucially important human rights principles, and all of the huge mass of associated national and international legislation, in question.
"They can talk the talk, but they can't walk the walk".
But will it though, or will it all be just another year of very large amounts of meaningless, deceptive, misleading, dangerous, and socially destructive talk, which is completely lacking in truthfulness and integrity as far as the upholding of human rights law is concerned?
Mindful of Baroness Ashton's contribution to all of the ongoing government hypocrisy relating to these matters, an update on how human rights principles and legislation continue to be "applied" in my particular case, since mid-1998, was sent to the British Monarchy yesterday.

"Put simply, it appears that neither Minister for Justice Michael McDowell TD (Republic of Ireland), nor the Director for Public Prosecutions Mr James Hamilton (Republic of Ireland), have any regard whatsoever for human rights law as far as my particular case is concerned; and, that they are still being allowed to blatantly and unlawfully carry on violating human rights law in my particular case even though the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg have been informed about my situation on several occasions during the past few years."
