If you look at the wind map on his plan page
and consider that he's talking about setting up a wind corridor, it sure looks pretty close to where the talk has it that the North American Union Superhighway is supposed to go?
Now, a highway that could move oil through the US, from Canada or Mexico. That sounds like something Pickens could get his teeth into.
But I'm no expert on the North American Union. What do you think? What do you know?
