If you scream at the top of your lungs towards a deaf population, do you actually make a noise? The year of the Rat is entirely apropos when involved in discussions concerning American politics, politicians, and those vested interests that seek to subvert the American Democratic process. It is all enought to make a normal American want to scream...and some are screaming at the top of their lungs...but I wonder...is anyone truly listening?
