Mumia's Battle in Court: The Four Issues Made Simple On May 17, 2007, a three-judge panel from the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in Philadelphia on four different issues regarding the fairness of Mumia Abu-Jamal's original 1982 trial. September 12 marked Leonard Peltier's 31st birthday in prison and the ninth year of the Cuban 5's imprisonment. The SF 8 have a September 24 court hearing, and the MOVE 9 will be eligible for parole in August 2008.

Aug.30 Execution Date: The Wife of Kenneth Foster Jr Speaks Out He is very loving, caring, passionate, and charming. He can light up the room when he starts smiling. When I first met him, this surprised me because so many death row prisoners have spiritually died. But Kenneth was still growing and shining after so many years on death row.

ATTENTION, MOVE! This is America! "My family members, who were parents of most of those children that were murdered on May 13, have been in prison for almost 30 years to this day, for the accusation of a murder that they didn't commit, that nobody saw them commit. Meanwhile, the people who murdered their babies are still collecting paychecks, still seen as respectable, and never did a day in jail."
