I didn't vote, From Uploaded

Hold Back Your Vote, Not Your Nose I am 75 years old. I don't want to be remembered by my grandchildren as one who held my nose and voted for the lesser of two evils.

Speeding Up Vaccine Development With "Challenge Trials" Challenge tests of vaccines to begin in England. Most of the young volunteers would come from people who really need the money: the unemployed; the underemployed, the poor. Will the rest of us, those who can live without a little extra money, feel comfortable jabbing the poorest people in the country with an untested vaccine, then forcing them to inhale coronavirus to see what happens?

91 Things Joe Biden Might Do To Earn Your Vote My problem with Joe Biden is that as much as I don't want to see Trump win, I find that I want Biden to lose. I know I am going to catch hell from my Democrat friends for saying this, but that's how I feel. To win my vote, Biden needs to earn my vote-to prove that his presidency would make a difference.

Remember Bernie? Remember how Bernie refused to accept money from CorporateThings? Remember how he PROVED that (no matter what both parties claimed), it could be done? Remember how he would repeat over and over and over again, 'Enough is Enough". Remember the crowds, the enthusiasm, the love.

It's Time to Take Both Parties Down. We are discouraged because so many of our friends on the left believe that Donald Trump is all that's wrong with America. That if we could impeach him all would be well again. Huhh?

Trump Is Obama With Backbone When Obama passes the gauntlet to Trump, the stage will have been set to take things even further. With only weeks left in office he suggests that "fake news" should be stopped. What do you think? Do you think the alt-right (Fascists) will like Obama's idea? Do you think they will like to stop news stories they don't like? Do you think they will continue Obama's policy of jailing journalists and arresting and torturing whistle

BLAH! Theater For The Politically Challenged It is difficult to satirize this election... what comes to mind is how the questions NOT being asked are much more important than the ones that are being asked.

Bernie and Goliath Bernie has done amazingly well, considering the extent of the opposition to him. He is completely alone. He might do better by calling out Obama the hypocrite, as he does Hillary, but he can't. It would be political suicide.

Heads Hillary Wins, Tails Bernie Loses Coin tosses? Isn't something serious at stake here? For some people, raising the minimum wage, or expanding Social Security, or Medicare-For-All, all of which Hillary opposes, are matters of life and death. Some people are offended by the very idea of their life being decided by a coin toss.

Why Is Hillary Clinton Seeking Common Ground With Extremists? Moderation in the face of extremism is no virtue.

Euphemistically Being Hillary Nonhuman people (euphemisms for corporations) that front for a tiny number of successful (euphemism for the one percent) human people, who want to own everything (euphemistically called 'privatization'), have made Hillary Clinton fabulously rich. They have put over $125 million since 2001 into her own, personal bank account.

Noam Chomsky Rains On Bernie's Parade At this time when so many people don't vote because they feel the system is corrupt and rigged against them, it is imprudent of you to rain on Sander's parade.

How About Israel? It boggles the imagination that America's 'most important ally' in the region has not put boots on the ground against ISIS. In a new ranking released by Business Insider, Israel has the most powerful military in the Middle East. It also ranked 1st in the region in military strength in the world by Global Firepower, which did not even include Israel's nuclear capability at the time of the ranking.

Ignore Bernie Sanders Major impact media, even liberal ones, such as The New York Times continue to hope Bernie will go away if they just ignore him. Ain't gonna happen.

Should Churches Pay Taxes? According to former White House senior policy analyst, Jeff Schweitzer, American churches own $300-$500 billion in untaxed property. Yet churches receive all the benefits of army, police and fire protection, as well as city and state services like purified water, garbage collection, and road repairs, all paid for by tax-paying citizens, whether they are affiliated with a church or not.

The Democratic Debate Wasn't The Democratic debate wasn't. In real debates the participants ask each other questions, who follow up by answering, then asking more questions. In last night's 'debate' the highly filtered, expected 'questions' came mostly from Anderson Cooper, the moderator. The participants failed to question each other.
