The kids are grown and gone, I did my best to parent them. I have worked in many fields, partly from curiosity, partly because of circumstances that were difficult to contro.. Situations that gave me the "bottom-up" point of view. It is difficult to be a leader, to negotiate for many. I get that. And where leaders are not skilled, it is also difficult to be a "follower". I'm not aspiring to either, but somebody ought to be telling the truth. Let's hear it.
