Rosenberg co-founded Team Builders Plus, the largest team building company in the United States, in 1991, and Take Flight Learning, the leading DISC training company in the U.S., in 2012. He also authored the book The Chameleon, Life-Changing Wisdom for Anyone Who Has a Personality or Knows Someone Who Does, and co-authored Taking Flight!, Master the DISC Styles to Transform Your Career, Your Relationships...Your Life.
As CEO of Take Flight Learning, Rosenberg has led his organization to be selected multiple times by the Philadelphia Business Journal, NJ Biz, and South Jersey BIZ as one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work in the region.
Rosenberg has led DISC training programs for more than 30,000 people and spoken to tens of thousands more on how to incorporate the personality styles into one’s work and personal life. Taking Flight with DISC, the training program that Rosenberg designed, is recognized as the Best Personality Styles Training Program in the United States by Corporate Vision Magazine.
Rosenberg received his MBA specializing in Organizational Development from Drexel University, where he was selected as the Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year. An engaging speaker and presenter, he is regularly sought out for media commentary, and has been invited to speak by such organizations as: TEDx, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association for Talent Development, and Vistage International.
Having interacted with more than half of the Fortune 100 companies in the U.S. and around the world, Rosenberg continues to work with organizations of all sizes in a variety of industries – from AAA and Aramark to United Healthcare and Verizon. He has also lent his expertise to government agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency, Interpol, Social Security Administration, U.S. Forest Service, as well as the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines.
